Mostly the intimate relationships are the most beautiful and attractive part of our life but due to some factors sometimes problems arise. These problems can make you feel miserable and frustrated all the time and they affect your mental health negatively. Some of the most common relationship problems are misunderstanding, possessiveness, conflicts, breakdown of communication and neglect, etc.

Most of the time such problems are short-lived and resolve with the passage of time making life beautiful and lively again. Severe problems arise when these problems prevail for longer periods and start becoming a source of frustrations, tension, and agitation.

The most important factor that can help you have a healthy relationship is mutual understanding so you should understand each other and take care of your partner’s needs. You should also know about the disliking and liking behavior of your partner. Try your best not to disobey your partner because it arises conflicts between your relations. Never give anyone a right to cause conflicts in your relations. You should discuss with each other about every day to day matters.

You should express your love to your partner by different methods like expressing by words or giving surprises and gifts. You should stand by our partner at the time of need. You must go out for dinners or travel together for refreshing and making more memories. Motivate and appreciate each other.
- Be on time
You should set up family time and be on time and leave all the other stuff at that time. This time should be only for your partner so make sure you or your partner don’t let anyone else be there at that time.
- Help each other
You should help your partner when he or she is busy; this makes your relationship stronger. Work can be anything like household activities such as cooking, dishwashing, and clothes washing, etc. and if you cannot help your partner at least show interest in his affairs or work so that they feel encouraged.
