Acne
It is a state in which your skin is covered by pimples and these pimples are mostly at the face which is due to infected sebaceous glands and is most common in an adolescent. It is due to the fact that your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne is most common in the teen ages. These are mostly present on face but can also be on chest, back and shoulders.

Acne is due to blockage of your skin pores with dead skin cells and oils. Each skin pores makes follicles and it is made up of hair and oils.

Pimples are caused by the oils glands and sebaceous glands which are infected by bacteria and filled with pus and a spot, pimples are the part of acne. It usually happens in puberty due to hormonal changes.
