What is Insect Bite?
As the name clearly infers insect bite is a small mark present on the skin due to a bite of an insect. People usually get bitten by an insect in the gardens, parks or forests however there are some insects that can bite you at home too like mosquitoes and if you have a garden outside your home the your chances of getting bitten by an insect increase for sure.
Causes
As from the name we can understand that insect bite is caused by the bite of an insect so this is only a cause of this disease. If you are bitten by insects such as mosquito, flies, ants, bees, wasps, spider etc you are likely to have a skin inflammation. When they bite you may or may not feel pain and soon after it starts itching and you may start scratching and it turns your skin red. This skin inflammation is mostly due to the skin damage and allergic reaction to the bite. The condition you suffer from depends upon and varies according to the type of insect that bites you.

Insects bites are usually easy to diagnose due to their prominent appearance in the form of red inflamed spot but you should go to the doctor in serious conditions to understand which insect bit you otherwise it is normally treated and cured within few days at home.

You should remove the string if it is present on your skin.
Step 2:
Wash your infected part with soap and water.
Step 3:
Clean your wound with alcohol swap.
Step 4:
Apply cold compress to release swelling.
Step 5:
Avoid scratching because it causes rashes, redness and infections.
Precautionary Measures
