What do you mean by histrionic personality disorder?
Histrionic personality disorder is a type of psychological problem in which a person has an excessive attention-seeking problem, excessive need for approval and inappropriate seduction. This personality disorder develops in mostly in early adulthood. You might know some friends of yours who have a constant attention seeking problem and the keep on doing different things to fulfill their desires of being in the center of stage. However, you cannot say that they have this personality disorder until or unless they are doing it excessively. As humans we want to be noticed and we want to have a significant importance in the eyes of others but when this behavior exceeds a certain level it becomes problematic and therefore it impairs your ability to perform well in personal and occupational settings.
